We are always looking for potential sites within a 30 mile radius of our offices in Tadworth, Surrey. This encompasses Surrey, Sussex, South London and Kent. We obtain our land through either Land Agents, individuals or companies who contact us having seen one of our previous developments or through the website.
We welcome enquires for any suitable sites with or without planning approval and generally can respond within two weeks with a definite offer if the site is of interest and suits our portfolio. If the site does not have planning approval we can offer the option to purchase the land subject to planning deals.
